Delivery Policy & Pricing

All products are shipped with using DPD Next day service, with a usual delivery time of 1-2 working days but this can be longer depending on your location.

Shipping for all orders is £4.99 unless your order is over £40 in which case it qualifies for free shipping.

There may be additional charges for Northern Ireland, The highlands and British isles

We aim to dispatch all orders by the next day at the latest, so it should take no longer than 3 days before your rabbits and guinea pigs get to enjoy our hay.

Environmental Packaging Policy

All of our products use either recycled plastic or are shipped in cardboard boxes. If you do require plastic packaging for any reason, please get in touch with us and we will always aim to accommodate.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
